We Are Pride In GC
We have formed PRIDE IN GC to recognize the growing awareness within our community that lesbians, gay people, bisexuals, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and asexual people (LGBTQIA+) should be fully and equally represented both in the community and within its government. PRIDE IN GC is open to all people who subscribe to our goals and purposes regardless of their sexual orientation. We are an advocacy nonprofit organization, allowing us to advocate for leaders and issues that are important to our values and mission. To pursue this mission, we need your support. 🐶🌈 Bring your four-legged friend and join us for the Pups with Pride Dog Walk on Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 1:30-3:30 PM at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park! We’re gathering for a fun and inclusive walk to celebrate pride, connect with our community, and enjoy the great outdoors with our furry companions. Whether your pup is big or small, all are welcome to strut their stuff and show off their pride—plus, every dog will receive a free rainbow bandana to wear! 🏳️🌈🐾 Meet us in the parking lot, bring some water for you and your pup, and get ready for a tail-wagging good time with fellow LGBTQ+ community members and allies.
